📅 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you (and your cat) to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy, you can request support within 30 days of delivery.

🔄 Returns for Unopened Items

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Return Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and sealed in original packaging

  • Email a photo of the unopened item to support@goldenwhisker.com for approval

  • If approved, you’ll receive return instructions

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund of the item subtotal (original shipping is non-refundable)

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

🎁 Used or Opened Items

Due to hygiene and pet safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Exceptions:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include a photo and description of the issue
    We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund upon review.

For unopened items, be sure to include a photo of the sealed product along with your order number and reason for return.
