🚚 U.S. & International Shipping

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders and cover half the shipping cost for international orders — just one way we give back to our global cat-loving community!


📍 Invalid or Incorrect Address

If a package is sent to an invalid or incorrect address due to incorrect information entered at checkout, we cannot offer a refund.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to update your shipping address — just email us ASAP at support@goldenwhisker.com.

If your order is already in transit, we’ll do our best to help, but mid-transit changes are not guaranteed and depend on the shipping carrier.


❌ Canceling or Modifying Orders

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund, especially if the order has already been shipped.


🐾 Product Defects

While rare, defects can happen.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement.
Normal (non-defective) items are non-refundable.


🌍 International VAT & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, or import taxes in their country.
We do not cover these fees, and we are not liable for customs delays or failed deliveries due to unpaid taxes.


⏳ Unresolved Shipments (40-Day Window)

If you’re experiencing an issue with shipping (lost, returned to sender, never delivered), you must contact us within 40 days of your order date.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for shipping issues raised after 40 days, but we still encourage you to email us — we’ll try our best to help.


📦 Shipping Responsibility & Shipping Protection

Once your package leaves our supplier’s facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, 4PX, YunExpress).

Because we rely on third-party logistics, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once in transit.

To protect your purchase, we offer optional shipping protection at checkout.
If you opt in and experience an issue, we’ll work with you to get a refund or replacement.

If you opt out of shipping protection, we cannot guarantee coverage for transit-related issues.
