SECTION 20 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Disputes must be submitted to support@goldenwhisker.com with 15 days allowed for resolution. Unresolved claims will be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Rules, governed by Ohio law.

Claims under $50,000 will be resolved by a single arbitrator; larger claims may use a three-arbitrator panel. Arbitrators may not award punitive or consequential damages. Awards must include a reasoned opinion. Arbitration details remain confidential unless both parties agree to disclose them.
